The Bluff Lighthouse and Signal Station, with keepers' and signallers' quarters. Ca 1890s/early 1900s. Definitely prior to the addition of the ugly concrete casing added to 'strengthen' the lighthouse in 1935. |

There is no mention of Captain Goulding, who was allegedly signalman on the Bluff at the turn of the century, early 1900s. Was he there?
