The list below does not include all settlers who arrived in South Africa.
Some emigrants arrived in smaller groups, which may not have been as well documented as the larger groups. Individual ancestors who emigrated without government aid are less easy to trace. Military Arrivals - some soldiers elected to remain in South Africa.
