Souvenir Saturday: Edwardian lady 1905

This lovely lady's costume displays all the typical features and feminine
shape of the Edwardian era, from her large hat clinging precariously
to her bouffant swept-up hairstyle, the pouter pigeon effect of her bodice with its frilly sleeves and her frothy long skirt. Underneath, she is well-corseted - note her tiny waist. She would be welcome in anyone's drawing room for tea and cucumber sandwiches.
